Make a note the back nine is cut up and even has a temporary green with construction of a school in the center of the back 9. Room to spray it around some and greens that are not to tricky. There are a few steep climbs so if you are not up to that then hire a cart for a more enjoyable round. Boomerang is a decent layout, course anyone can play. I chipped a few times and found the bounce and roll consistent on all of the greens. The fringes were kept short allowing you to putt from off the green. The greens were quite small and mainly flat.
